PLEDGE ADJUSTING SERVICES
We are licensed through the state to represent the policyholder, not the insurance company.
We analyze the coverages of your insurance policy, determine the exact dollar value you are entitled to collect, prepare your entire claim, and negotiate a proper settlement.
The insurance company hires an adjuster for their side of the claim. If you don’t want to use a public adjuster, you would be responsible for understanding your policy, you would be responsible for understand its coverages, and would be responsible for how much money you are entitled to collect.

Through The Process
A public adjuster is a licensed claims professional who represents home and business owners, not the insurance company.
Yes, of course, you can handle your own claim. But you would be letting the insurance company determine what they owe you and are willing to pay.
Public adjusters are paid on a contingency fee basis and collect a fixed percentage of the claim settlement. If we are not able to help there is no fee.
Fees are calculated on a sliding scale, the larger the loss the lower the fee will be.
No, we only charge a fee if we are able to negotiate a settlement with your insurance company. If there is no settlement, there is no fee for our time and services.
Public adjusting is a highly beneficial but largely unheard-of niche industry. Most public adjusters rely on word-of-mouth referrals and don’t do much flashy advertising on tv or billboards like the insurance companies.

Pledge Adjusting Services helped me when I had damage from a storm. She got me seven separate settlement checks and said she wouldn’t stop negotiating until we reached a fair settlement. She was at every inspection with the insurance company and their vendors and was able to work well with them. I will definitely use Pledge Adjusting Services for all my insurance claims and have referred all my friends and family members to have their policies reviewed.
