PLEDGE ADJUSTING SERVICES
We are licensed through the state to represent the policyholder, not the insurance company.
We analyze the coverages of your insurance policy, determine the exact dollar value you are entitled to collect, prepare your entire claim, and negotiate a proper settlement.
The insurance company hires an adjuster for their side of the claim. If you don’t want to use a public adjuster, you would be responsible for understanding your policy, you would be responsible for understand its coverages, and would be responsible for how much money you are entitled to collect.

FOR ALL YOUR CONCERNS
The entire claim process can be an intimidating, confusing and frustrating process. Without experience navigating the claims process, a claim can easily spiral out of control. We are here to answer all your questions about your claim and guide you every step of the way.
A public adjuster is a licensed claims professional who represents home and business owners, not the insurance company.
Yes, of course, you can handle your own claim. But you would be letting the insurance company determine what they owe you and are willing to pay.
Public adjusters are paid on a contingency fee basis and collect a fixed percentage of the claim settlement. If we are not able to help there is no fee.
Fees are calculated on a sliding scale, the larger the loss the lower the fee will be.
No, we only charge a fee if we are able to negotiate a settlement with your insurance company. If there is no settlement, there is no fee for our time and services.
Public adjusting is a highly beneficial but largely unheard-of niche industry. Most public adjusters rely on word-of-mouth referrals and don’t do much flashy advertising on tv or billboards like the insurance companies.

Thorough and does a great job I highly recommend Sabrina!
She has always been a professional, at her job.
She also takes pride in her job, and always tries to make sure that her
clients get the satisfaction they deserve…
If you need a Public Adjuster Sabrina is the Best! She stayed on the job until I was satisfied. She will always be first on my list. Thanks for all of your help.
Pledge Adjusting Services helped me when I had damage from a storm. She got me seven separate settlement checks and said she wouldn’t stop negotiating until we reached a fair settlement. She was at every inspection with the insurance company and their vendors and was able to work well with them. I will definitely use Pledge Adjusting Services for all my insurance claims and have referred all my friends and family members to have their policies reviewed.
